Dena is a coach who will always go above and beyond for athletes.  She understand that each athlete is unique and will always fine tune training plans in order to assure success.  Dena also makes it a priority to continue to learn about new advancements in training and coaching.  This advanced knowledge of endurance training is one of the many assets of having Dena as a coach.  All of my biggest racing accomplishments are attributed to her being my coach.
